“The Mad Doctor” is an American animated short film from 1933, written by Ted
Sears and Webb Smith and directed by David Hand, under the Walt Disney
production company. Short banned completely in the United Kingdom, as well as
Nazi Germany, in addition to being denied its projection in several theaters in
the United States.
Synopsis.
In a dark and stormy night, Pluto is spirited away to the spooky mansion of an
evil genius for a mad transplant scheme to put his head on the body of a
chicken.
