“Vincent” is a 1982 stop motion animated short film written and directed by Tim Burton. Based on a poem that Burton wrote in the style of Dr. Seuss stories (“How the Grinch stole Christmas”, among others) while working for the Disney company, it serves as his first short film. Winner of the Ottawa International Animation Festival, for “Audience Award” in 1984.



Synopsis.

Vincent Malloy dreams of being just like his dream idol, American actor Vincent Price. But his mother isn't too happy about it.
