On June 30, 2014, a German citizen named Lars Mittank traveled to Varna,
Bulgaria, accompanied by a group of friends to enjoy a vacation at the Golden
Sands resort. What began as a tourist trip ended in confusion when the young man
began to behave erratically, followed by his still unexplained disappearance.
