On October 29, 2016, in Cochabamba, Bolivia, 17-year-old Javier Canchi went to
meet his ex-girlfriend to discuss the status of their relationship. The young
man had no idea that a gang was waiting for him there, who subjected him to one
of the most horrific forms of torture any human being can face: being burned
alive.
