Prior to its successful film adaptation in 2017, in the early 2010s, Stephen King's most famous novel, “It", was part of a discarded adaptation in a single-film format written by Dave Kajganich. The film would have maintained the novel´s dual timeline structure, while focusing on the psychological horror and fears of only five of the original Losers Club members.
