“Mest Kinematograficheskogo Operatora” (“The Revenge of a Kinematograph Cameraman”) is a 1912 Russian stop-motion silent short film, directed by Ladislas Starevich for the production company A. Khanzhonkov and Co. The film is known for featuring real dead insects as the main characters, as well as for leading the audience to believe that the filmmaker had managed to train them to perform in the film.



Synopsis.
