“The End of Tom Six” is a 2026 documentary directed by the controversial Tom Six
under the production company Six Entertainment Company. This documentary focuses
on Tom Six's experiences after being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, as well
as his struggles in the industry as an independent filmmaker.
Synopsis.
Film dictator Tom Six (creator of "The Human Centipede" trilogy) turns the
camera on himself to document his glorious battle against choking political
correctness and his decaying body. Living with Multiple Sclerosis and being
unable to sell "The Onania Club" (2019) proved a lethal and highly
entertaining combination. Confined to darkness in his Amsterdam home, he made
his final film: a radical, self-deprecating satirical fever-dream documentary
about the film industry... and the end of Tom Six.
